Know Your Rights Before You Play

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "pk462" / "the Platform" / "we" / "us" / "our" refers to the pk462 online gaming platform accessible at pk462.net and all associated subdomains and services.
• "Player" / "you" / "your" refers to any individual who has registered a pk462 account or is accessing the Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by an individual on pk462 through which they access Platform services.
• "Wallet" / "Balance" means the PKR-denominated funds held within a Player's pk462 Account.
• "Games" means all casino games, live dealer games, slots, fishing games, keno, sports betting markets, and any other gaming content available on the Platform.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free spins, cashback, or reward issued to a Player by pk462 under a defined promotional offer.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupees, the sole currency in which pk462 Wallet balances are denominated.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process applicable to all pk462 Players.
• "RNG" means Random Number Generator — the certified algorithmic system used to determine outcomes in non-live game content.

2.1 These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and pk462. Your access to and use of the Platform — including browsing, registering, depositing, placing bets, claiming bonuses, or withdrawing funds — constitutes your unconditional acceptance of these Terms in their entirety.

2.2 pk462 reserves the right to amend, supplement, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where material changes are made, pk462 will provide reasonable notice via the Platform or via the email address registered to your Account. Continued use of the Platform following notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2.3 The version of these Terms in effect at the time of any transaction or dispute shall govern that transaction or dispute. The current version is always accessible at pk462.net/terms-conditions.

3.1 Age Requirement. Access to the pk462 Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. This minimum age requirement is non-negotiable and applies uniformly across all game categories, all payment transactions, and all bonus claims on the Platform. pk462 does not knowingly permit individuals under the age of 21 to register or play.

3.2 Identity Verification. pk462 reserves the right to require age and identity verification (KYC) at any stage — including during registration, before processing a withdrawal, or in response to a responsible gaming concern. Acceptable verification documents include a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport, or driving licence. Failure to provide valid documentation upon request will result in suspension of withdrawal rights and may lead to account closure.

3.3 Single Account Policy. Each individual may hold only one active pk462 Account. The existence of multiple accounts held by the same person — whether identified by device, payment method, address, or IP address — constitutes a breach of these Terms and will result in closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances, subject to pk462's discretion.

3.4 Jurisdictional Responsibility. It is the Player's sole responsibility to determine whether online gaming is lawful in their jurisdiction before accessing pk462. pk462 makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or available in all locations. Players access the Platform at their own risk and are responsible for compliance with applicable local laws.

4.1 Registration Accuracy. When registering a pk462 Account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your legal full name, valid mobile number, and date of birth. Providing false or misleading registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

4.2 Account Credentials. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pk462 login credentials — username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. pk462 will never request your password through any communication channel. Any activity conducted through your Account while your credentials are logged in is deemed to have been authorised by you.

4.3 Unauthorised Access. If you suspect that your pk462 Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify pk462 support immediately. pk462 shall not be liable for losses incurred prior to such notification unless pk462's own negligence is proven.

4.4 Account Integrity. You must not share your Account with any other person, allow any third party to operate your Account, or use your Account for any purpose other than personal recreational gaming. Commercial operation, agent activity, or bot usage through a pk462 Account is strictly prohibited.

5.1 Accepted Methods. pk462 accepts deposits via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, Raast instant payments, 1LINK, standard bank transfer, and authorised cash counter agents. Available methods may vary and are subject to change with notice posted on the Platform.

5.2 Currency. All deposits are accepted in PKR. pk462 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Any funds deposited through a payment instrument denominated in a foreign currency will be converted to PKR at the rate applied by the issuing institution, and pk462 bears no responsibility for exchange losses.

5.3 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 100 per transaction. Maximum deposit limits may apply per method, per day, or per account — as displayed in the Wallet section of your Account.

5.4 Own Funds. You confirm that all funds deposited into your pk462 Account are your own lawfully obtained funds, free from any association with criminal activity. pk462 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on the source of funds for any deposit at its discretion.

5.5 Deposit Processing. JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are credited to your pk462 Wallet instantly upon successful transaction confirmation. Bank transfer and Raast deposits may take up to 24 hours to reflect, subject to the processing times of the relevant financial institution.

6.1 Eligible Withdrawals. You may request a withdrawal of cleared, non-bonus funds from your pk462 Wallet at any time, subject to these Terms and any applicable bonus wagering conditions. Withdrawal of bonus credits is only permitted once all associated wagering requirements have been met in full.

6.2 Withdrawal Destination. Withdrawals must be processed to a payment method registered in your name and previously used for a deposit. pk462 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, accounts of a different name, or unverified payment instruments.

6.3 KYC Requirement. pk462 reserves the right to require completion of KYC verification before processing any withdrawal request. Where KYC documents are requested, withdrawal processing will be paused until documentation is received and reviewed. This process typically completes within 24–48 hours of document submission.

6.4 Processing Times. pk462 targets withdrawal processing within 3 minutes for JazzCash and EasyPaisa. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 24 hours depending on the receiving institution. These are target timeframes and not contractual guarantees. pk462 shall not be liable for delays attributable to third-party financial institutions.

6.5 Withdrawal Limits. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts may apply per method and per account. Current limits are displayed in the Wallet section. pk462 reserves the right to apply enhanced verification to withdrawal requests exceeding defined thresholds.

7.1 General. pk462 may offer promotional bonuses, free spins, cashback credits, reload bonuses, and VIP rewards from time to time. All promotions are subject to individual offer terms in addition to these general Terms & Conditions. In the event of conflict, the specific offer terms prevail.

7.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless a specific offer states otherwise, bonus credits are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is displayed at the time of the offer. Wagering contributions may vary by game category.

7.3 Bonus Eligibility. Bonuses are available to eligible registered Players aged 21 and above only. pk462 reserves the right to restrict bonus eligibility based on Player history, account verification status, or detected bonus abuse patterns. One welcome bonus per household or IP address.

7.4 Bonus Abuse. The use of exploitative strategies designed to extract guaranteed profit from bonus offers — including but not limited to matched betting, arbitrage betting across markets using bonus funds, or collusion — constitutes bonus abuse. pk462 reserves the right to void bonus credits and associated winnings and to close accounts found to be engaged in such activity.

8.1 Game Outcomes. All non-live game outcomes on pk462 are determined by independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. RNG engines are subject to periodic third-party audits to ensure fairness and randomness. Live dealer game outcomes are determined by real-world physical events in licensed studios.

8.2 Technical Errors. In the event of a software malfunction, connectivity failure, or other technical error that affects game outcome integrity, pk462 reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the applicable bet amount. Winnings arising from a clearly erroneous game outcome — including display errors, odds errors, or payout misconfigurations — are not valid and will not be honoured.

8.3 Bet Finality. Once a bet has been placed and accepted by the Platform, it is final and cannot be modified or cancelled except where the Platform expressly provides a cash-out feature. Decisions made by pk462 on bet settlement are final subject to the dispute resolution process in Section 15.

8.4 Sports Betting. Cricket and sports betting markets on pk462 are settled in accordance with the official result as declared by the relevant governing body or league. Live in-play bets are subject to the live market rules displayed at the time of placement.

9.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on pk462 and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and potential legal action:

• Using automated software, bots, scrapers, or AI tools to interact with Games or the Platform;
• Colluding with other players in live dealer or multiplayer game formats;
• Engaging in money laundering or processing funds of unlawful origin through the Platform;
• Opening multiple accounts to circumvent limits, bans, or bonus restrictions;
• Providing false identity, age, or verification documentation;
• Exploiting software bugs or glitches to generate artificial winnings;
• Using the Platform for any purpose other than personal recreational gaming;
• Harassment, abuse, or threatening conduct toward pk462 staff or other players via any channel.

9.2 pk462 employs fraud detection technology and manual review processes. Any Account found to be in violation of this Section may be closed without prior notice and without refund of balances where fraudulent activity is proven.

10.1 Commitment. pk462 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We recognise that gambling, while an enjoyable recreational activity for the majority of players, can become problematic for some individuals. We take our obligations in this area seriously.

10.2 Age Restriction. As stated in Section 3, the minimum age to use pk462 is 21 years. This restriction is enforced through registration controls and KYC verification processes.

10.3 Player Tools. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all pk462 Account holders from within Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit caps adjustable from your Account;
• Loss Limits: Maximum net loss thresholds over defined time periods;
• Session Time Reminders: Alerts at defined intervals during active gaming sessions;
• Cool-Off Periods: Temporary breaks of 24 hours, 48 hours, 7 days, or 30 days;
• Self-Exclusion: Suspension of access ranging from 30 days to permanent exclusion.

10.4 Self-Exclusion. If you wish to self-exclude, you may do so directly from your Account settings or by contacting pk462 support. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours. During self-exclusion, you will not receive marketing communications and will not be able to create a new Account. Permanent self-exclusion is irreversible.

11.1 All content on the pk462 Platform — including but not limited to the pk462 brand name, logos, website design, graphics, game interfaces, software, text, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of pk462 or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

11.2 Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal recreational purposes only. This licence does not grant any right to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or commercially exploit any Platform content in any form.

11.3 Third-party game content made available through the pk462 Casino lobby is the intellectual property of the respective game providers and is subject to those providers' proprietary terms in addition to these Terms & Conditions.

12.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pk462 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of gaming winnings, data, or goodwill.

12.2 pk462's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12.3 pk462 is not liable for service interruptions, technical failures, or connectivity issues attributable to third-party infrastructure including internet service providers, mobile network operators, or payment processors.

12.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit pk462's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded.

13.1 pk462 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms & Conditions and should be read alongside them.

13.2 By registering a pk462 Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for KYC verification, fraud prevention, responsible gaming monitoring, and customer support purposes.

13.3 pk462 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data is shared with third-party service providers only where necessary to operate the Platform — including payment processors, KYC verification providers, and licensed game studios — and only under appropriate data protection agreements.

14.1 By pk462. pk462 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; suspected fraud or money laundering; provision of false registration information; failure to complete KYC; or where continuation of the Account would expose pk462 to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk.

14.2 Fund Return on Closure. Where an Account is closed by pk462 other than for cause (fraud, breach, or legal compliance), any verified cleared balance — excluding unmet bonus credits — will be returned to the Player's registered payment method following completion of any outstanding KYC process.

14.3 By the Player. You may request closure of your pk462 Account at any time by contacting support. Account closure requests are processed within 24 hours. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in the normal course.

14.4 Self-Exclusion vs Closure. Players seeking to manage a gambling problem are encouraged to use the self-exclusion tools described in Section 10 rather than simple account closure, as self-exclusion includes additional safeguards including marketing suppression and registration prevention.

15.1 Complaints. If you have a complaint regarding the pk462 Platform, Game outcomes, payment processing, or any other matter, you should contact pk462 support in the first instance via email at [email protected]. pk462 aims to acknowledge all complaints within 24 hours and to provide a substantive response within 5 business days.

15. 2 Escalation. If you are not satisfied with pk462's initial response to your complaint, you may request escalation to a senior review. Escalated complaints are reviewed within 10 business days. pk462 is committed to resolving all genuine disputes fairly and transparently.

15.3 Finality of Game Outcomes. All Game outcomes determined by certified RNG systems or live dealer studios are considered final once settled. Disputes regarding Game outcome integrity must be raised within 72 hours of the relevant game round being completed. After this period, outcomes are deemed accepted.

15.4 Governing Law. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming standards applicable to the Platform's operating jurisdiction. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through pk462's internal complaints process shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of the relevant international arbitration body as designated by pk462 from time to time.

15.5 Language. These Terms & Conditions are drafted in English. In the event of any translation being provided for informational purposes, the English version shall prevail in all cases of conflict or ambiguity.
